Here at Sunup Shop we are so proud of our high-quality and unique jewelry. 

If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry we would be happy to exchange it, or return it for IN STORE CREDIT within 14 days of when you purchased it. 

We ask that it isn’t worn and be returned in its original packaging. Our team will be inspecting returns for signs of wear and tear. if the item has clear signs of use, damage, or returned after the 14-day period, the package will be returned to the sender. We ask that you pay for the shipping, but in return we will add $5 to your in store credit! We are not responsible for any lost packages & highly recommend keeping your tracking number.
